Resuscitation courses

I have worked in an Accident and Emergency Department for the past 10 years so I have seen many people bought in by ambulance having collapsed at home or in the street. Despite there often being a relative or bystander around, no resuscitation had been attempted until the paramedic ambulance arrived.
